Brings presentation titles and Discrimination component ordering in create_summary_report_times() into consistency with the static browser Summary Report. Changes section/component titles to "Event Probability" and report title to "Summary Report", and reorders Discrimination components to ROC -> Lift -> Precision-Recall -> Gains while strictly preserving all internal IDs, schema contracts, statistical producers, and architecture.
